Welcome to After School Explorers 2020!

Where: Harrison Parkway Elementary

When: Tuesday, February 25, 2020 - Friday, February 28, 2020 from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Who: ALL HPE Students
(some classes are grade level specific and there is limited availability for each class)

Cost: $5 per day (non-refundable)

Included: A cool experience and a snack

Registration:

1. Online registration for After School Explorers will open on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 9:00 PM. (All parents will need to register themselves and their children prior to being able to sign up for classes.)
2. Once you have registered, you can view the Course Description Guide and see your registrations from the Registration Console.
3. Online registration ends Monday, February 17, 2020 at 9:00 PM.

Note: Please have your first and second choice class in mind since some classes fill up quickly. If your child was fortunate enough to get into a very popular class last year, we ask that they not sign up for that class again, as a courtesy to others.

Registration Modifications:

1. You cannot delete a class.
2. If you need to modify your registration, DO NOT PAY.
3. Register for correct class.

5. Delay in payment will not affect your other registrations

Payment Options:

• Payment through PayPal
• You will be able to register for each class for all of your children and then choose the PayPal link.
• You will then be directed to the PayPal site to finish your transaction using your debit or credit card or personal PayPal account.
• All of your spots are reserved for you while you are in the process of paying.
• Manual Payment
If you choose not to use PayPal, we will also still have the payment option we have had in the past:
• After registering for a class, a payment slip will be generated for you to send in with your payment. Please send in payment slips with the payment to school in an envelope marked with your child's name, teacher and ASE Registration on the front.
• Payment is due within five days of your registration. If your payment is not received within five days, your child's reserved spot will be forfeited and registration will be reopened. As a courtesy, the payment slip will also be sent to you via email.
• All payments MUST be made prior to Friday, February 21, 2020.

After Payment:

• A permission slip/reminder notice will be emailed to you.
• Please print this and send it to school with your child on the day of the class.
• Your child must bring a permission slip to school for each day that they attend class.
• If Handwritten:
• Name of Student
• Name of Class
• Date of Class
• Signature
• School policy states that if a student does not have a permission slip to remain at school, he will be sent home. If your child will not be attending a class they registered for, please let us know as soon as possible.
